Shipping and returns

Shipping

All products are made to order. Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-7 working days. Project Bon ships worldwide using Correos/UPS, and shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Spain: 1-4 working days
  • European Union: 2-5 working days
  • Everywhere else: 3-7 working days

For all international destinations outside the European Union, we offer express shipping. Please note that the shipping price does not include duties or custom charges that may be incurred when shipping to countries outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for these expenses.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 7 days to initiate a return. Please send an email with your order number to hello@projectbon.com. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. For the European Union, a UPS prepaid return label will be provided, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Final sale products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Delivery Failure

In the event that delivery of your order becomes impossible, the courier will drop the parcel off at the nearest service point and send you an email/SMS to inform you of its location and how to pick it up. You have 14 days to collect your order. If you miss this deadline, you have an additional 7 days to file a claim. If you choose not to inform us, Project Bon will consider it as a request to terminate the agreement.

Please note that return parcels do not always make their way back to our studio, so we can only issue a refund once your order arrives at our studio. In such cases, Project Bon is authorized to charge you for transportation costs associated with shipping and termination costs.
